with an adorable paint yob......we were board and just decided to build another rail......price - 0$ and its probably one of the sturdiest and funnest we have built, lol, it only took a few hours to build and set in the water, the baddest part is that its portable, unscrew a few screws and it's in two pieces, put it in like 3 ft of water......

it works just like a sawhorse, we cut the ends that are in the water at a 45 so they would just sink in

we got the pips off of this old inflatable aframe that this kid had, it had a million holes in it and he said we could take the pvc....they are bolted together with 1in. bolts going through 1in. pvc...just drill holes, ill post up some more detailed pics........complete with the popshuv.com stickers, lol.....
