sparrow.2,
I know i a guy that is building rollcages to racecars....
The reason i changed the design is because i want to keep the weight down. The tubing för the first design is 3mm thick and 50mm in diameter.... heavy stuff....
But the new design still need some bending... look so much better then weldings _________________ ****diamonds are forever**** |

Ok, today i made a testrun with gearing 3,5:1 (changed from 3:1).
The engine is only 5.3 hp and we were soooooooo colse to waterstarts. The speed is there, is to fast when you get the engine reved up... so of the hardwarestore tomorrow and get new sprockets. Trial and error is an expensive way to do it but sometimes the only way..........
