I think it was easier to make a bi, than a 3D. And it rides as good as my cassette before it died..
Im not sellin any thought lak of time, The price would be too high to make it profiteble, and the bi has a copyright on the american market.
If you make one yourself, Ive calculated the material cost to about $100. For som good sizzz. GOOD LUCK, (it is not as hard as it looks.)

jalvemo, actually there is no patent on it. . .but I dont think most of these guys realize that shipping form sweden alone would double the cost of the board

Yeah, I need some oompaloompas the help me massproduce...
No patent, Ive heard that cassette threatened to sue hyperlite, but maybe that was just a rumour. I think it is good that there is no patent. That brings the sport forward. Cassette is allways gonna get the credit for the bi anyway.
Ok, Now I got some pictures of my repaired cassette bi, and my latest project, the two piece surfboard (yeah, I know.... but I need to fly), I testrode it today , and it was better than I thought.
But you have got to give me some of your DIYpictures in return. Be quick Im leaving the country in 48h.

Maybe I dont mean kicktails, I meant to say the rocker looks really extreme. That side shot of the board in the mold makes the rocker look huge IMO

| Jesse, exactly.. the last shot looks like a solid board and the kicktails don't look bad at all.. put a little concave on it and you're good to go

| Jesse, lake tarpon, most wooods have a memory so when you ppress them you have to over estimate the curve a little bit to make up for it cuz the wood will bend back a littl bit straighter, but not too much.
