fs big... i like good foot position with my back heel over the edge, if you can get some good pop like this on your 180's, it gives you something to get behind and throw that ass around

skatefilly, you really need to focus on getting the board out of the water b4 trying to throw the rotation. Its all kinda one movement - Pop and when u get off the water shuv it hard with your back heel as you begin to spin 180. And when i was first trying them i would land them and then just slip out, also focus on watching for your board to land it solid and dont lean back. Not sure if this is good advice but maybe it might help ya, good luck trying them, there super fun.
