yeah the barrels float it, but they dont keep it stable, like side to side....we were planning on just floating it and anchoring it, but we just ended up using the barrels as an easier way to get it out there, lol, cuz we just hammered some posts in by it and bolted them on.....now it wont go newhere, and it works great, keeping it floating and stable is definately a challenge tho, i dont reccomend it _________________ http://vergewakeskates.com/ |

my buddy just made one almost identical to that..but with 4 barrels.. we live on a public lake so i dont think it would last long out there so we just took eight 5-gallon buckets and filled them with cement with ropes and dropped em down.. not too bad for a floater |
