I think i started doing more advanced tricks too fast. My shuvs, 3 shuvs, re entry variations and stuff are consistent, and from what i've been told, look great too. However, i feel like my ollies still are pretty low. I skateboard so i guess i have that motion still stuck in my muscle memory. In the flats they are okay, re entry they are reeeally bad, in out they are great.. I just can't seem to get them as big as i should in the flats and re entry, and i think it will make things harder later on down the road (with flip tricks and such). Any help would be appreciated, thanks Very Happy

Slapdown, A lot of people want to learn the big tricks before getting the basics dialed.

My advice: Don't use jewish as a negative adjective anymore, but whatever.

My advice for your ollies: Take a whole set of doing nothing but tweaking your lipslides every way and doing a bunch of casual 180s every way there is. Then without being rushed on each one, cut out and take your time and try some rhythmic ollies. Don't force the height, let it flow. Do that 40 times.

che blanc, I'll try doing that, thanks.

I don't think it's that i wanted to learn the bigger tricks first, i know people who made that mistake in various boardsports and it really takes away from style. I guess i just thought my ollies were okay at the time, which i guess they were, so i decided to move on.

Sorry about the way i used (word) in my original post guys, i didn't want it to offend anyone, i don't really mean it negatively, i hope none of you think i have any sort of prejudice against any group of people. I'm not that way. I changed it though, sorry again for being a douche Embarassed

cassette941, If so, my apology is more for you. Once again, sorry for being a dick. I feel like a real ass, and a lot of you probably agree. None the less, Your opinions of me don't mean a whole lot, so although i apologize, i really don't care if you dislike me.

if you give a shizzle about the earlier comments you have too much time on your hands.

if you dont have one already just "try" throwing one fin on the back of your board to give you enough stability to pop the "hell" out of it.
