greg t, you had best delete the "kinda" from your post...if you know what's good for you.
Yeah, they're "mad" comfy. I was just on my feet for 9 hours, and I didn't miss a step. hahahaha...
anyway, if you like neon, you'll love them. _________________ *The opinions expressed are on my behalf and not those of wakeskating.com* |

Did anyone score a pair of the limited DVS/Cassette shoes. Reed Hansen rocking them in volume 4 making them look.......oh so nice. How can a commoner score a pair of these big league shoes? _________________ dbanana wrote:

raven, didn't you see that jim had a contest on his site a few months ago for those things? I even announced it on here. I think he gave away like three pairs, and two people off of here mentioned that they won a pair.
After that, i'm not sure how you'd get any. I know he's not too into accepting the whole "I'll give you my first born for..." line. I mean really, how many people have a use for other people's first born babies these days anyway? (sigh) they just don't carry the clout they once did. _________________ *The opinions expressed are on my behalf and not those of wakeskating.com* |

senorbueno, do you wear them at all? Or wakeskate in them?
I'm pretty sure maria was another person who won a pair as well. _________________ *The opinions expressed are on my behalf and not those of wakeskating.com* |

Yep, but I had to give them to my very thankful boyfriend because they were too big... _________________ 01/20/2009. Niko-chan! |

I just checked the byerly bio page on reef.com and there is a little video.
The last 3 seconds all the new colorways are shown.

I saw some new Jetpilot shoes at the austin boat show last night. They felt pretty sick i wanted to buy a pair but i want to see if they come in any better colorways. They were super light and seemed like they would drain real quick. I looked at the toecap and everything felt sturdy. They also had that neoprene sock thing inside which i liked. I should have taken a pic or something i guess haha. _________________ - Evan Molina |

slapdown, I'm pretty sure there was some collaboration with kampus on those. We had a press release a long time ago, and I know that those jet pilot shoes will use that kampus draining system. That neoprene sock liner sounds a lot like a kampus design as well. _________________ *The opinions expressed are on my behalf and not those of wakeskating.com* |

electricsnow, matt hooker is skating in the same triump's as we speak. they're pretty flamboyant, but in a good way. i think he likes them, as well.
i was in the adio booth for a bit this weekend at expo, and they pulled/are pulling the quest's off the line for '07. i thought that they sold pretty good for a skate shoe that was not necessarily marketed for wakeskating, imho. regardless, i can't wait to get my hands on some of the newer shoes to skate in.
and if i were somone who wanted to buy some kampus shoes, you might not have much/any more time to get a pair. |

electricsnow, Sounds reasonable. I immediately thought of the kampus shoes when i saw the neoprene sock. None the less they seem pretty damn nice, and if things go like the past couple years, the kampus shoes will be hard to get ahold of anyways. _________________ - Evan Molina |

I'm not feeling the new DVS mesh shoes this season. I might have to check out the adio quests.. I saw a pair in person and their drainage system looks sick. | i win |

I won a pair of DVS wakeskate shoes off their dvswake.com website, they're pretty sick, they said sample on the box, no markings on the box just wood grain. They're all black, but they appear wet. There are water droplets all over them. Thanks to everyone at DVS for the sick shoes. |
