| They are quite different. Personally I'd go Oak. |

they are both good in their catagories. Omen is good with composite stuff, seeing as thats all they make, and oak is really good in wood, seeing as thats all they make. They are both nice. _________________ 2 Hands Working Do More Than 1000 Hands Praying |

provin1327, not trying to hate but you havent skated at all, let alone either of those boards or even seen them in person ( going off the fact you ask 1 million questions about the board you are about to get ) also let it be known i am not bashing you for asking questions because i think we have all been guilty of this one time or another, but i dont think you should be giving out suggestions about boards you havent ever ridden _________________ Do not spoil what you have by desiring what you have not; remember that what you now have was once among the things you only hoped for. |

i personally like oak, just because of my size, omen was too skinny in the tail where my foot rested and i just couldnt ride it, its a quality board just too small for me, i think they should make a 41.7 or something and the tips like 12.3, i think it would be sick. Oak was a wonderful board i rode, mikey knows what he is doin. If you want something that has both characteristics, take a look at Devotids new Concave. amazing with the wood pre kicktails and the subsitle(sp) 5 stage rocker, this has been the best concave for me, just a good blend of everything. hope you find something that works out for ya _________________ Helium - Devotid Wakeskates - Anarchy Eyewear |

| PERSONAL PREFERANCE, but if i had to choose, and i did. I went with the oak. I rode the omen, and it was just 2 much, the 5 stage is unneccessary. I know some one is going to yell at me and come up witha stupid comment like "ya but drew rips on it" ya, and drew also ripped and got just as much air on his flat lf deck. So save it. But ne way, its all personal preferance 2 completly differnt boards. |

spadedout41, yea i haven't ridden them, but ive talked to other people that have ridden them, and have felt both, and know the specs about each one. I didn't say he had to take my advice, and I didn't say it was 100% correct _________________ 2 Hands Working Do More Than 1000 Hands Praying |
