I know, anything past 4 hrs just doesnt make sense.

My close friend has a place near Lake Geneva, closer, I can get there no traffic in an hr. its less than 100 miles round trip. We rip up on weekdays and are home by 10-11. perfect little retreat close to home. I know at least 4 people who commute from racine/kenosha into IL, not in the city, but in the norther burbs. I also met a guy who takes the commuter from Milwaukee to Chicago every day. He is stupid imo.

I will crash anywhere, I have my tent and I am good to go.
But, if you are offering, I like bacon pancakes (profile pic) coffee and some juice. Laughing

jacque_mehoff, My brother acutally started "winter waterland" fvckin sucked it didnt go on this year cuz he was building house and getting all moved in and shizzle, thats why it didnt go on this year.

I would like to go and ride this year w/ some people around here. I live in Janesville but work in Madison. I work way to much in the summer but if we get a date and where I would fvckin love to take a day off and just ride. I havnt been on the forums much and all so just PM me whatever comes out of this. I'll try to check back often. I have a boat and so does my buddy that lives on the river. So we'll have no problem finding a boat.

My names kevin from devotid Wakeskates. i ve got to drive to Chippewa falls, WI some time next week (10 hour drive from Saginaw, MI) to pick up some tooling for our CNC machine with my trailor and would love to link up with someone to ride with.

I was planning on hitting as many stores in the chicago and some WI stores too as i could. Ive got to drive that far anyways and a nice day on the lake or something would def make the trip more sane.
let me know if that is anywhere around anybody. just thought i would put that out there.
i ve got propaganda/swag and gas money in trade for pulls.

you guys might want to consider the Midwest Militias Boot Camp weekend.

that is one hell of party, but you have to travel to FIB land!

alright guys what is the date going to be? what about like in two weeks either sat the 12 or durring the week i have no idea when you guys are open so every one should just say what is good and we will figure it out from there. i live with brett or labellthrasher and i know we are open for whenever cause we skate everyday anyways.

Hey guys, Neil with The Militia here.

You guys should definetly check out 'Boot Camp '06' coming up the weekend of 8/11-8/13. A great event to meet all the other skaters, surfers and riders from the midwest.
This is our fifth annual Boot Camp and tons of people come out from Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana and Michigan.

People start showing up Thursday and ride some of the best water in the area (Illinois River), ride all day Friday, party all night Friday night. There's a wake contest Saturday and I'd bet that if we get enough interest, we'd throw together a wakeskate class. Saturday night brings about the awards ceremony and a HUGE raffle followed, of course, another all night Militia style party at the Busted Prop Lounge, which is on site!

Grab your tent, your crew, your skate and your boat/pwc if you have one and come on down. The water's great and the party is off the hook.

FYI, The Militia is solid and their Boot Camp event is a blast.
