i was just wondering what the majority of age is for wakeskating.....

Started wakeskating only back in '99. I was then 23, turning 30 this year, riding more than ever... still lovin' it, learning more advanced trick every season...

You would be surprised how many older people are into wakeskating. I will be 40 in three months. We only had water skis when I was a kid. I was way into skateboarding then. Two years ago I got up on a wakeskate and was immediately hooked. It is way more fun than wakeboarding. I'm in good enough shape to ride 100 mile road bike rides, so I don't worry about that. I just need to stretch before skating these days. I don't care if people think I am too old to wakeskate. Shasta and Whiskeytown are my backyard. Might as well shred them.

Just about to turn 34, and my 54 y.o. Dad is just as hooked as I am. Plan on getting my 4 y.o. up this year too.

Turning 33 this month started wakeskating last summer when guys that work for me bought a jetski. It took me like a week to just get up been riding once a week at least ever since. Went this afternoon windy as hell but I was still having a blast.
