Chili.. i'm so freakin full... i'm going to hook ya'll up

my chili recipe
2 lbs of ground chuck
1 lg can of bush's hot chili beans
1 can of bush's dark red kidney beans
1 can of bush's light red kidney beans
1 can of bush's black beans
1 can of crushed tomatos (del monte italian style)
1 can of crushed tomatos (del monte mexican style)
1 can of rotel - hot, the red can
1 can of tomato paste
2 hot serpin peppers chopped fine
1/2 large white onion chopped
5 cloves of garlic minced
1/2 pack of chili-O
3-4 tablespoons of emeril's southwest seasoning
1 tablespoon of cayenne pepper
crushed red pepper to taste
salt to taste
1 beer, preferable a schlitz, or old millwalkee.. or budweiser.. PBR

brown the meat.. combine the rest (oh.. do rinse the beans) cook for 4-6 hrs on low...
