2006 Armada

I have a 2005 Cassette 4-trac. I have been looking at the 2006 LF Armada
Has anyone rode it? If the Armada is not a good choice which board do ya'll think is the best. :?:

Why are you looking to get rid of the 4 trac? I had a HL Scape, and just got a 05 4 trac, and love it!

No, I would never sell my 4-trac. I Love it. I just got some Christmas money that I want to spend and I want another board. Just to mess around on. So I am wondering which new board is the best

i have an 05 armada, i dont really like how light it is, im lookin into gettin a wood skate.however they said that they have played around w/ the weight on the 06 so maybe its better now?

Thats what I heard about the 06. I rode and 05 Armada and it was pretty good but it was too light I hope they made the 06 heavier

they did make it heavier, thats why im lookin at the 06 43 Armada, ive bought too many wood skates and ive broken more than 6 this last 6 months

I guess you could say my opinion is kinda bias.... but I seriously love my Armada

I've always rode wood skates... I hated all comp molded decks untill I got to ride the 05 armada... feel in love with the ride right away

its super smooth... and the the variable edges are great, on my old kampus skates I would always catch my front edge trying to shuv to lipslide on a boat with a steep wake... and I rock both fins, the hold is super tight (which I like) for those who like to ride fineless the molded fins are pritty good... and it really pops off the wake for re-entry stuff and for w2w....

The 05 was alittle on the light side but the 06 is waighted down quite abit more....

also a great skate by LF is the Impulse... but if your not into wood then defintely check the armada out....
