Gator Bi-Level Question

The bottom level is compression molded....

Does any one know if the bottom level is going to have molded fins like the rest of the compression molded boards.... or is it just going to be completly smooth on the bottom like a wood board... ????

I think it is going to be smooth. I am gonna try to go visit there factory this weekend when I go home for thanksgiving since they moved the factory from naples to fort myers. so hopefully it will go through and I can check it out.

in the o6 catalog, it shows daniels doin a 3shuv in the on the wake and the bottom looks smooth.

and theyre hyperlite shanks too. Shocked


i bet it wont be completely smooth, might have some ridges/channles or whatnot, but no molded fins.

yea cause i have seen the doyle pro model in person and it has the little humps on the bottom insead of molded fins... i was just wondering if the there bi level was the same.. cause i would prefer it to be completly flat ...

the dorle "fins" are so small i dont think u would notice riding it, but if they werent there u would slip out alot

if you look at the pic from the bottom you can see the top deck overhangs the bottom deck, I wonder why that is.???

NO there talking about a actual removable fin. .85 molded in fins would be like almost 1 inch, to put it in terms you can understand it would be like having 2 of your d!cks on the bottom of the board Laughing

PIRATE I think it is just the way the shape is on the top and the shape on the bottom because only a little bit of the corners stick out.

look at the pic of GD riding it, it doesnt actually overhang, me and a buddy were talking abbout that the other day.
