Basically any Ski Rated for 3 persons will do the trick... My Ski has like 110 hp or so and it works perfect, but I am sure you could deal with less (more wouldn't hurt either Twisted Evil )

i have two pwc's, one has 85 hp and the other has 215 hp, theyre both three seaters. I can get up just fine on the 85 horse but since your bigger than I dotn go any lower.

our boat has like 120hp...and it pulled 3 people out of the water at the same time no problem. and its a deep v hull 19 footer so it has a lot more drag than a little PWC.
a lil john boat with a 10hp outboard struggled but got me up before on a wakebaord, rididng at an amazing 15 knots. lol. so afterwards we just did dock starts.
