I find whatever wheels you use, you get used to them and can shred anything. I rode super soft Bones 97a's 2 years ago and then switched to Bones skatepark formulas which are super hard, and have loved them. They slide around really easy on smooth cement if you're not careful though. I'm a loyal Bones rider though, I have never had problems with flat spots and have always been satisfied. I usually stick around 54-56 millimeter wheels and have rubber risers for a little extra wheel-deck clearance, which I think makes a big difference. _________________

I've been riding hard wheels for a long time now, I just tried some 97a 's for ramp skating and didn't like them. They felt really slow. I think what you have now sounds good if the crete is nice and smooth. |
