I'll be shooting from the air this year, any one in Tampa who wants an aerial shot can meet me at Peggy's Boat Ramp.

Too windy this week, maybe next week will be better.
We ride weekdays, early in the morning and only on calm days. Anybody with a boat or PWC who could help with towing is welcome, right now we have ...

PostForum: General Wakeskating   Posted: Oct 25, 2012 7:43 pm   Subject: Which Ski?
Seadoo Wake is more expensive than the regular GTX or GTI because of the ski pylon and board rack. I have a pylon on mine but don't use it because it causes too much pull from side to side when a rid ...

I agree with senorbueno. Two skis is a waste of money. One good Seadoo with a 155 hp 4tec engine will last for many years with minimal maintenence.

The supercharged skis require frequent rebuil ...

So will a SeaArk 1448 MV be able to support a 40 hp four stroke?

I have an 05 wake edition with 800+ hours on it. It still runs like new! The single best investment I ever made. Hardly any maintenance at all, besides changing the oil every 100 hrs. I recently repla ...

Have you ever had weeds clog your intake? A damaged wear ring will produce the same symptoms. Loss of power, vibration, horrific noise, feels like the drive shaft is broken. Soft weeds can sometime ...

bwake, Glad to hear that your "Wake" has been trouble free as mine has been.
The only thing I had to repair was the wear ring in the pump, due to sand, pebbles, ect. getting scooped up into ...

My 2003 GTX 155 hp (without super charger) has 670 hours and still runs like new.
I can't decide whether or not to trade it in while it's still running or just keep using it until it dies. Unlike 2 ...

Since no one else replied, I'll add my two cents for what it's worth. If your having a hard time pulling someone up you need to use a lower pitch, but you will sacrifice top end speed and your engine ...

Thanks everybody for your opinions on the Whaler. There is another boat I'm considering also, custom made by Ridiculous Winches. It's posted on Craig"s List Tampa.

Polyurethane ia a good product to use on wood. It won't fill the holes but it will seal the exposed wood in the hole. I've use this on my 2004 LF Butter Board since it was new and it's still looking ...

I wouldn't risk it. Why not have the owner go with you, let him launch and drive it for a while and when you are sure that there are no cops on the water you can take over for a test drive. Then let ...
